Kathryn Haydon recently returned from San Antonio, Texas where she presented a poster at the American Phytopathological Society’s annual conference. This conference brings together plant pathologist from all across the country and provides a valuable opportunity for students to network and discuss their research with peers and faculty.
Kathryn’s poster is titled “Identifying the Host Targets of Rice Blast Effector Proteins Using Proximity Dependent Biotin Labeling”
She also plans to participate and display her poster in our departmental research showcase “An Evening of Science”.
