The plant pathology program at the U of A has great success in placing their graduates into top-tier positions within major agriculture and biotechnology industries. We are fortunate enough to have former graduates working for Monsanto who have taken an interest in sharing the nature of their work with up-and-coming uark plant pathology graduates. Our students took a trip to the research home of the biotechnology giant in St. Louis, MO and we hope they returned with a better understanding of employment in private industry and had some fun along the way!
